Advanced tab
Uncheck Show informational notifications for local printers
Uncheck Show informational notifications for network printers
Click Apply

Have you ever tried doing a NET SEND to an XP machine and it didn’t work? That XP machine might have Service Pack 2 installed. My default, the messeneger service is disabled on XP Service Pack 2.
Do the following to enable the messenger service:
Start button
Run
Type services.msc
Scroll down to the Messenger service
