Hi thank you very much for solution as Brenda says there is a limit in the number of Files with the same name in a temporal folder. It was happening same with me I receive a daily-basis report always with the same name and I'm only deleted the content of Temp Folder, the issue it's solved now.

Hi, this all worked except I couldn't find the "Modify" in step 4. (I am using 2007).
So instead, I copied the address of the folder into the Start/Run address box and that took me to the actual temporary files. From there I deleted the temporary files and restarted Outlook. This solved my problem.
I was only having trouble opening one specific file from a daily email I received. All other attachments were opening fine. From another post I believe it has something to do with the number of files with the same name that you can have in the temporary folder.
