Vista ….The Snipping Tool is not working

I got this stupid-ass error the other day on a Vista machine

“The Snipping Tool is not working on your computer right now. Restart your computer, and then try again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.”

Who knows why it happened and I really don’t care.  I just wanted it go away.  Obviously, you can restart…but who the hell really wants to restart their computer???  After a quick search online, I found that one can run the Office Diagnostics from Outlook (Help -> Office Diagnostics).  Now I have Outlook 2007 and that option is available.  I’m not sure other versions have that but mine does..lol  Anyways, it fixed it and I’m happy.
