Scan your wallet!

Have you ever had your wallet stolen?  If so, you know how stressful it is contacting all the different credit card companies and notifying them of the situation.  Also, it can be a pain in the ass if the credit card company can’t find your account in their system since you don’t have the credit card number. This would really piss me off!

A friend of mine recently got his wallet stolen and he couldn’t remember what credit cards he had.  Anyways, I saw all the stress he went through and gave him a tip.  Why don’t you scan the contents of your wallet once a month at least?  scan???  wtf do you mean..scan my wallet?  Well…I mean exactly what I mean…  Remove the contents of your wallet at least once a month…place the contents on a scanner….(preferably at work…since it’s their dime…not yours)…and scan them!  Now you have a copy of the contents.  Now place the copy/copies in a safe location.  Now if your wallet ever gets stolen again….you will have easy access to your credit card information….ALSO….scan both sides of everything…even if you don’t think it’s important.

Just a FYI Aaron Wakling is a fake. His comment is spam. Take a look at http://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=UTF-8&fr=flo2&type=flu1.0&p=I+found+your+site+on+technorati+and+read+a+few+of+your+other+posts.+Keep+up+the+good+work.+I+just+added+your+RSS+feed+to+my+Google+News+Reader.+Looking+forward+to+reading+more+from+you.
